Managing data products is a meticulous and time-sensitive task. For data owners reliant on external support from data engineers or vendor technical assistance to complete their tasks, the challenge becomes even greater.
In this project, I've developed and tested an approach to empower less technical data owners, allowing them to upload and edit data products at scale efficiently.

The onboarding months are crucial for customer activation and retention. During this phase, the keys to customer success are consistent service delivery and reliable client-vendor communication. A service blueprint diagram allows us to map the customer’s onboarding journey, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing communication touchpoints.
Leading the charge, I initiated and led the creation of this Service Blueprint to enhance transparency, align internal processes, and ensure better product delivery.

A well-defined set of personas empowers the Product and Customer Success teams to make user-centered decisions, based on a shared understanding of target users.

Managing access to a large number of data products is a time-consuming and error-prone process that affects a significant number of users. Feedback from key customers revealed that the current access management approach did not meet the growing needs of customers, and needed substantial updates to fulfill existing contracts.
